Was there ever a Neath social?

I know there’s Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Carmarthen socials. Was there ever a social in Neath? Would there be demand for one?

I don't know if there has been, but there are plenty of Fabbers around that way, so I'd imagine there would be interest.

Hi OP

I ran a very successful daytime social in Neath from 2014-2017, jacked it in when I met my bf as took a step back from the scene then. There's still a gap in the Fab market for an event based on Neath so either daytime or nighttime would work, depending on how much commitment you wanted to put it in, as an evening social would probably entail hiring a private venue and the associated costs etc where as day time we used to just meet in a pub. I have given it thought as several people have asked me too recently. I do kinda miss it. Life's too chaotic and I am too erratic for organising anything atm. Hopefully the OP can kick something off

There was also a Neath social on a Saturday night many moons ago. Bridgend had a Saturday night one too. Cardiff had too. A main one and a charity one. Them were the days.

As previously mentioned did attend the night one that was in neath several years ago think dirty dancers hosted it at the time and at least one of those daytime ones missp69 hosted

I remember being at the neath social on a Saturday night when the theme was 50's. I was only there half an hour and I got a phone call as my daughter was in labour and I had to rush to the hospital! Wow ... 8 years ago.
