Nr Bridgend

Follow coast road till you get to plough and harrow pub. Take that turn follow road to end. Theres a car park with honesty box.

Walk down lane to gate and style into woods. Follow path down thru woods to beach. Approx half mile. At beach turn right walk across rocks for 100 m onto long stretch of sand. Far end of sandy beach for going nude.

Check tide times. Best an hour or two after hi tide or no beach at all.

Enjoy

We made the trip with a fab friend last year and managed to catch a lovely warm evening and the super moon all in one evening! Hoping to make it there again once or twice over the summer

However we took the fields and ladder route

Not been here for many years. I only ever used the field and ladder route. which would be the shortest rout do you think. I used to farm the land looking over the beach. great views then. i'm going back 30 years now.

Quite a long winded way about it.

There’s a foot path that goes from the beach ladder straight to the road. Look on google Maps and you’ll see the path and what layby to park in.
