Llanbradach, underpass. Depends what time of day you go there for quietness but it is also a public walkway for dog walkers. Ive been there some days and no one is there and others there are gangs of kidd

Port Talbot has become a mecca for graffiti, I'm sure you could find a quiet one.

You can also try the back of merthyr bowls club (next to the leisure centre)

Its on the taff trail so depends on the time of day you are there.

Plenty of parking and you can “escape” in two directions if needed!

I was there this morning running and the graffiti was very impressive
