Weighed myself today and Total weight lost since january 1st is 1st 6lb. Lets keep each other motivated

Fruit for breakfast

meal for dinner

Meal for tea

Friut and yogurt for supper

Im not snacking in between meals and stopped the alcohol throughout the week and doing more walking

Saturdays is treat day eat and drink what i want. Got to have a treat day

I work shifts so my eating patterns are all over the place which I think are my main weight gain issues. Are you exercising at all? I enjoy a walk but the weather is horrible at the moment!

1. Dont drink Calories

2. Don't eat after 7pm

3. Most important... put less fuel in ...

That worked for me ..lost 2.5 stone and reversed type 2 !!

Only when im in work, the biggest thing for me was cutting out the snacking inbetween meals

I'm just under 2 stone down since Xmas.

Same recipe, more sensible eating (without dieting) and more exercise.

Real plus side is that it makes my cock look bigger when I look down in the shower ????
