My advice would be to just go for it, before I had my first bi meet I found that the longer I thought about it the more likely I was to convince myself that I didn’t really want to do it xx

There’s some really good advice on this thread already, but I’d also add: most bi guys, even ones who are now experienced with people of all genders, will remember being in a similar situation to you at some point in the past.

So don’t worry about setting clear boundaries, being super honest about what you’ve already tried, and what you’d like to try, and owning the place you’re at in your “bi journey” when chatting beforehand.

That’ll be your sorting hat. Most guys will know exactly what that feels like and be happy to abide. People who are not respectful of that, or of the chance that you might change your mind about something in the moment? Well you don’t want to play with them anyway.

I’d also second the suggestion of a club bi night. Might, weirdly, be less pressure than a pre-arranged meet.

You can meet some new people, socialise, maybe watch some guys/mixed gender groups playing in the more open spaces, and if you’re still too nervous then have a hot & heavy private session with your partner in a room once you’re both all cranked up!
