If the food is good and plentiful price isn't so relevant,I'm particularly interested in steakhouses

Pasture definitely but like said it's usually a massive wait list. Had to book 5 months in advance last time

Near Cowbridge

If you can't get into Pasture then try Assador.

Don't bother with the chain steak restaurants, they are inconsistent at best.

I was intending to take my steak loving girlfriend to Miller & Carter in central Cardiff the day after Valentine's for lunch.

The Maitre De seemed a little arsey about a table when it was blatantly obvious it shouldn't have been a problem so we decided to go elsewhere.

We wandered down to Cote Brasserie where we both had the most superb meal we've ever had in terms of food, service and the ambience.

It's not a steak restaurant as such but they do steak extremely well.

The Cote de boeuf was stunning and superbly cooked.

All three courses were fantastic and I'd highly recommend it to anyone.
