I think OldButShag ran into problems with the venue providers. Mike is a very genuine guy and it's such a shame that these very successful parties didn't continue. I guess he just needs to find a decent venue as I'm sure his supporters will quickly come running back.

Mike is a very genuine guy. Under no circumstances did he run into any problems with the venue providers .i wish people would stop saying this.

Thats for mike to say why it was cancelled. Everybody thought it was because of the gangbang that was taking place on the 1 st december. People assumed it was being held at the same venue as the social. But that is 100% so untrue. And i will say yet again under no circumstances as mike run into any problems with the venue providers

There appears to be a lot of confusion as to why this successful meet was cancelled. If people are not told the truth they will only speculate.

It did seem rather strange that a gang bang was arranged for the same night as the party and I guess because of the people involved it was assumed the gang bang would take place in the same venue as the party. It wasn't too much of a surprise when it was announced that the party was to be cancelled. It was even less of a surprise when a few days later the gang bang party was cancelled.

These parties were just starting to take off...

Speculation and assuming things. Only leads to people chatting nonsense. The gang bang was actually put up in the forum before the milford social was even advertised . There was no way what so ever the gang bang was gonna take place at the same venue as the social.

Iam almost sure these parties will take off again . But i will say again until iam blue in the face

Mike did not run into any problems with the venue providers .

People should go back through the forum and check the dates each event was posted. im sure u will see gangbang was put up maybe a week before the social and was going to be held at my own home. People need to stop assuming and causing trouble. Hopefully we were all told the same reasons for the social being cancelled! The social was "apparently" cancelled because there was not enough people attending the social to cover costs of the buffet..... people kept cancelling and it was too close to christmas people couldnt really afford it!

here we go again the dates of the social were not posted but were arranged directly after the social also the problem with the venue arose when only one night was available for guests and the fact that the gang bang wes advatised the same night and not clearly stated so a bit misleading hence the confusion the milford social will go ahead mike is arrangeing a meeting with the venue to secure the social at the location but after the let down last time there are other options one of the biggest confusions was you advatised the gang bang and also said you were going to the social at the same time so people assumed as i did you cant be in 2 places at the same time now stop the bickering and blameing at let mike and the venue sort it out im sure we can all work together and in 2013 put milford firmly on the swinging map

the problem with the venue was accommodation unfortunatly there were no rooms available fri night so about 4 couples could not make it pos more as the cardiff lot were coming and needed 2 nights the only people who stayed were me and sarah was a shame after mike went out a brought decorations and other stuff but thats life the venue is perfict for the socials as its discreet off road parking and the land lady is cracking and mike is arranging to chat to her soon pos this weekend for feb dates so everyone please be patient and have fun

ther was no problem with providers as i said before it was the lack of accommodation we did try to get alternative accommodation for peeps but time of year was against us and the advertised gage bang left its own confusion how can the same person be in 2 places at the same time i suppose its an easy mistake to make as the gang bang venue was not clearly advertised im sure it will be sorted for feb if not march but milford social will carry on regardless

Thanks warren for your comments. Now i hope as you state the bickering will stop. Its ridiculous. Hope people will now leave mike and the venue to do what needs to be done.for these socials to continue .

The Milford Social is an absolutely amazing event, and we sincerley hope to be at the next one! This is the first time I've signed in for a number of weeks and had no idea that there had been a problem with the christmas social and am sorry to hear it didnt go ahead, but glad we didnt miss out!( We have had a couple of months off to rest and recuperate over the festive period - back with a vengence now so look out all!!) Really looking forward to catching up with old friends and hope the milford social can get back up and running as it is a unique event at a lovely venue, organised by a great friend which is fantastic for all concerned. Here's hoping

If there was a problem then I hope its sorted. Rumours are flying around which only adds to the speculation.. i hope its all soted now. Milford is tpo small to have two events on the same night. Hope everyone csn worl together
