Hi lovely people

Bit of a random question but any members of bryn meadows leisure club here

I’ve recently been diagnosed with diabetes and need to up my excercise levels etc

Any reviews ?

Not a member as when we looked at it I think it was expensive for what you got although that may have changed now as it was a while ago

Probably a rip off, plenty of gyms and P.T's in Blackwood.

No better exercise than a good old shag lol gets you hot and sweaty and your heart beat racing

Yeah its a really nice place to work out love the pool and jacuzzi always really polite and helpful staff it's worth the money
