I think what they mean is that, as a single male who cannot accomodate, they don't believe you are single, and unfortunately no amount of protesting on your part will convince them otherwise.

I wouldn't worry about it, there is nothing you can do about your living arrangements, people will have to make their own minds up.

At least your profile is honest about what you are into, thats a good start, the rest, as they say, will come with time.

Hit the socials, and let people make their own minds up.

I wouldn't give a second thought at people saying they think you're a fake.

From the information you have given on your profile you seem genuine enough as STH has said. Now if people took the time to contact with a phone call and arranged a meet and you were a no show or gave excuses then they might have a point. The big plus for you is the openness and explanation, so kudos. Now some advice although you haven’t asked for it, loose the cock shots it does you no favours, stick at it and do the socials
