Have never had any issues with my cut one . I guess it depends on the individual playing with it they may like the look of the foreskin retracting as to not a lot happening with a cut one , mine was cut due to a medical condition and the head was way too fat for its hoody lol

I'm currently uncut, but it presents problems with the fact that it just likes to retract when fuckinf and if you havent shaved in a while, it also catches your hair, I contemplated getting a circumcision, but don't know how actually go through with one
