I know she fancys other guys when we go out.

she goes away with a friend to Cornwall for weekends on a regular basis, so perhaps she has got a boyfriend away in Cornwall???

I think you are missing the point. There is a big difference between Swinging and/or being a Hotwife and having a Boyfriend.

A Boyfriend/Girlfriend usually indicates a romantic connection which is not what you need in a relationship with someone.
