Within an hour or so drive from Swansea.

I'm pretty active, done the majority so any (cringe saying it) hidden gems would be great

Great 7miler around the Dale peninsula in Pembs. Might not be long enough for you though...how long is long,,,that is the question!

Lots of walking in the Afan valley. Views over Swansea bay at the start and the Beacons at the top. Think there's also a 13 mile walk over to Margam park.

I live in the Llynfi valley the next valley to Afan loads of places to walk
