Well given we are allowed to use the membership in any club I am well up for that. I’ve only just joined.

I apologise in advance though that I am clueless. I will be the one falling off the treadmill and making a scene.

I recognise a few members (not that I'd approach them and say) The classes are really good fun and interactive. It's always good to have others there with you....always a friendly bunch

If you can get to Llansamlet then do. Jump in on the morning classes if you fancy it. Great bunch of people
