"Peel and boil a 2.5kg bag of Maris Piper potatoes. Beef mince (5%) fry with one chopped onion until brown, drain off any excess fat in a sieve and return to the frying pan. Add a generous amount of Worcestershire sauce, light soy sauce and add two beef oxo cubes dissolved in hot water. Simmer for 10 mins then add a tin of Heinz baked beans and season with salt and pepper. Mash the potatoes with salted butter, milk and a large chunk of Boursin garlic and herb cheese (optional) Add the beef to a large dish, spread the potato on top then add a generous amount of grated mature cheddar on top and cook at 200’C for 35 mins.
