I like a mix of beef & lamb is juicier. Plus the veg on the side rather than in it... love the veg

Peel and boil a 2.5kg bag of Maris Piper potatoes.

Beef mince (5%) fry with one chopped onion until brown, drain off any excess fat in a sieve and return to the frying pan. Add a generous amount of Worcestershire sauce, light soy sauce and add two beef oxo cubes dissolved in hot water. Simmer for 10 mins then add a tin of Heinz baked beans and season with salt and pepper.

Mash the potatoes with salted butter, milk and a large chunk of Boursin garlic and herb cheese (optional)

Add the beef to a large dish, spread the potato on top then add a generous amount of grated mature cheddar on top and cook at 200’C for 35 mins.

GONE/TIMEOUT (No DMs please)

Thanks!

Just got home with no idea what to cook, that's me sorted!

Keeping it simple.

Mince, onions, carrots, gravy.

Mash on top (dash of milk in the mash)

Experimented with lentils in the past but was not impressed!
