As plus sized woman, just tend not to be contacted by many gym bods. Not saying that the two don't attracted, just been my situation.

Due to health I'm not allowed a dadbod which everyone seams to like nowadays, also stops me eating too much pizza

Due to genetics I have trouble putting on weight to get bigger

So I'm stuck with a lean, toned, non bulky body that I can't do too much about.

But also don't get a lot of luck with the ladies

Yeah there's definitely people I've seen describe themselves as having a "dad-bod" who are just older and out of shape. The other one that gets me is "rugby build" but couldn't walk the length of a pitch let alone run it.

I am definitely in the out of shape category

lmao, I'm back in the gym and making progress but I don't delude myself or others that I'm anything different.

Just out of interest, at what point would you say someone crosses over from "dad-bod" to "out of shape-bod"

Would love some advice from you lovely people. Our profile is full of my pics and lacking pics of more of him. He’s got a dadbod and lockdown hasn’t helped, he’s working on it, but lacks the confidence of putting more of him in our pics. Any advice?
