Hi date set for next Carmarthenshire social

Friday 3rd Feb 2023 7.30pm onwards

Will be couples / single fems and limited guys

Will be a cost BUT this will include a drink at the bar

Will be limited to 30 couples

10 single fems and 10 single men

Must be verified to attend

Now the hard bit

£10 per couple payable in advance BUT you get a free drink each from a limited selection

£5 singles also payable in advance and again a drink on arrival from limited list

We are not making money from this and we are just covering costs

We are not opening payment gateway yet and will be from Friday 14th .

There will be a reserve list but we cannot guarantee any places until paid

The last line of their post with the information says even though there's a reserve list, no one gets a ticket until they've paid.

I'd say that says those who pay, get a ticket. The reserve list only opens up if there are tickets available.

Whilst those who organise socials are to be applauded, especially those who check veries to ensure people are genuine, I think going as far as to "hand-pick" who you may think is suitable to be allowed to attend is maybe a step too far.

We have quite a few on the list already and paid so no waiting on the night

We have a bit more capacity as well after chat to the venue

We will have a list for on the night and collect on the door but really helps if you pay in advance

It’s still some way off but thanks for all the support so far . Any Qs - please ask

Got a lot of prepay now which really helps on the night

Still taking names for general List but numbers of single guys is limited and will be pre booked only

Singles £5 , couples £10 but this gets drinks at bar as well

I will be giving it a big push in new year and I hope we can keep this going in 2023

I went to enough sausage parties as a teen. I imagine it would be the same sort of atmosphere _ll over again. Why wouldn't you want a diverse crowd?

Too many single guys can change the atmosphere of a social and can make some sibgke women feel extrenely uncomfortable. Controlling the number of single guys means all at a social can feel comfortable
