Hi everyone, how to arrange a Social in Llanelli? As I've been told that a few can't make it to Swansea everytime .

Pick a venue (don't make it public knowledge)

Post on forum asking for names

Mail venue and times to those on the list a day before event

Meet people at venue....a social is born!
