I very rarely drink to a d*unken state these days as it can take me 2 to 3 days to feel 100% again, It’s no longer worth it for2 glasses of wine or a couple of gins is my limit.

Neither of us drink much anymore, we go weeks without having an alcoholic beverage, really can't do with the hangovers and feeling wiped out the following day.

I rarely drink alcohol these days. Only at the Newport social lol... I'm usually OK if I just stick to vodka. No hangover just really tired and wanting to eat junk food the next day
