Being as I've never been to either Kenfig or Sker beach, which one would you say is best for a newbie?

And can someone DM me either the post code or the what3words location.. because I will no doubt get lost.

I went there today absolutely fantastic and really quiet. I parked at the Kenfig Hill nature reserve Bridgend CF33 4PT. From there it’s a 20 minute walk to the beach…

The times I’ve been, parked in the nature reserve and walked. It’s a fair walk to be fair but I enjoy it! Stunning beach too!
