I shower twice a day and bath once a week with dettol in water. I no it’s a bit strange but how many times a day do people shower asking for medical reasons as the doctor as told me to stop it and just shower once a day but that doesn’t fit in my mind as shower before work then after I thought was the rule. And off course before and after meeting on here

Shower once a day in the morning mostly unless I've had a very sweaty day then shower twice, and always shower before meeting

First thing in the morning and then after I'm back from running / gym / cycling etc in the evening. Obviously before any meets as well.
