IT’S CHRISSSSSSSSTMASSSSSSS

After the fabulous success of the latest Meet and Greet and I would like to thank all those that continue to support the event, the Christmas one will be held on the 1st DEC

The venue is private and discreet and there are rooms available for those of you wishing to stay over. Saturday night room rate is £40 per room for Doubles, Twins, and Family rooms (£15 for extra person) £30 for a single. If you wish to stay on the Friday and Saturday nights then they offer a discount rate of £60 per room for the 2 nights.

The Hotel has asked for and will now require a £10 NON refundable deposit for those that book a room. (details will be sent to those booking)

There will be a Buffet and a Raffle (with great prizes) and a entrance fee on Saturday evening of £2 per person to cover costs. Drinks will be a bring your own including any mixers and on the same basis as in swingers clubs

Please remember this is a Social event so the usual rules apply, However the rooms are not subject to the same restrictions. The Golden rule is that “NO” means “NO” and anyone failing to comply with this basic rule at any time will be asked to leave.

The venue and hotel is limited to numbers so therefore Should you be unable to attend, please let me know as soon as possible so I can give your place to those on the reserve list.

Everyone who would like to attend please add your name below and tell me if you require a room.

You will be notified via Mail if excepted, of the location and timings for the Milford Xmas Meet and Greet as soon as I have finalized numbers.

Just a shame the rooms are not available for 2 nights. It's just a bit too far for us to travel for a 1 night stopover. However, we realise this is not your fault Mike and wish you luck and hope everyone has a great time.

hi all as i understand it theres people who cant attend because they cant stay on the fri theres travelodge in pembroke dock for fri and stay at meet and greet on sat theres also nearer b a b its a holiday area dont miss out on the last meet and greet this year

well i know you tried your hardest m8 but what can you do when goalposts get changed all the time it would have been better if people could have booked the rooms for 2 days but there you go im sad as well all the time and effort you have put in still hopefully your x mas stuff will keep for next year and hopefully things can be set in stone so better plans can be made
