does anyone else agree that dogging around cearphilly/cardiff area as gone dead been around the area in the day and at night not seen anything

Popped up there earlier this week just for a quick look. The big twin-level car park (I'm sure you know where I mean) was pretty busy but only guys on their own. A car did pull in with what appeared to be two couples in in it. but they spent about five minutes doing something on their phones and pulled out again.
