whst makes a picture really stand out and gain fabs ?ours have a couple of hundred but then you see others get thousands and thousands just curious and no its not jealousy haha

Ignore the Thirst Piranhas, they don't count as Fabs .

I personally don't Fab any pic, ever. It's not a competition and I will not support a mechanism that makes it one. I can tell you what I like, but my taste is my own and irrelevant.

For me it's a tasteful black and white picture.

Some of the pictures with many fabs on have thousands of friends on here.

The trick is to post pictures for your self that way it doesn't mater if they are fabbed or not.

The Upside Down

It does baffle us sometimes how certain pics that are posted get fabbed over a 1000 times in a very short space of time. Some of the pics that do aren’t even that good to warrant that much attention.

I tend to fab pictures that show a little humour and make me laugh.I know some of the people that have 1000’s of fabs have a huge friends list and are followed on Instagram maybe that’s why.

I don't engage in it, don't allow my pics to be fabbed because I post them for my own purposes not for validation of any kind & I find those updates begging for Fabs, make me cringe. Luckily we're all different so it makes Fab a place for people with varying needs & wants X

Its all down to being on people's hot list - popular profiles can post the most mundane shite and get thousands, while us mere mortals can put up a cracker and get 20. That's just how it is and nothing will change.

Suspect most fabs dont come from people viewing 'new pics' section, therefore those with a huge friends list and perhaps spend a lot of time in chat rooms, generate a fairly large number of fabs quite quickly, this then puts them on first few pages of hot pics from there they generate a significant number more from those visiting the hot pics section x
