I think you will find almost all are proud to be swingers. A vast percentage of those still would like to keep it a private affair with only likeminded people knowing and therefore would never like to be outed to strangers at a bowling social.

That has nothing to do with being proud or not but everything to do with discretion and trust

I totally agree with you. The OP has been banned from more than one event now. It's nothing to do with pride. Respect is needed, trust and discretion are key. What we do in our private lives should not be broadcast to the world by someone who doesn't understand that not everyone is comfortable with their swinging status being public.

Yes I agree I made a mistake by answering a third party’s question when she asked were we swingers but the lady only asked me because she could hear the swingers talking about swinging , yes I made a mistake and I’m sorry for it , perhaps people shouldn’t talk loudly in public places about swinging

Would all depend I guess. We are, but there's only a select few people in our vanilla lives we talk to it about.

Neither of us have the kind of job where it's important to be totally discreet, but we appreciate people we interact and play with might have so we do try to limit how much we talk about things and avoid talking specifics especially.

No one knows I’m on here except the people I chat to,100% single but also private. Nothing wrong at all with being a swinger,even though the media portray it to be something vile. Most of the time it’s a good vibe on here

Almost all my work colleagues and almost all wifey’s colleagues know what we may get up to at weekends . As do some of our adult family members however we wouldn’t want the neighbours or other judgemental vanillas hearing about it . No one wants or needs the potential grief that that could bring

There’s a huge difference between a single guy telling the lads on site what he gets up to and been cheered on compared to those who could risk their career, family knowing, friends being judgemental etc. I could go on!

In short, yes people do care, yes people like discretion.

As for your previous replies, whether others were being loud about their antics there’s still many ways you could have answered the persons question without admitting yes they are swingers.

A lot of vanilla people don’t realise toe rings/anklets are a sign of swinging - they also have other meanings. It’s a bit silly to single one person out for their choice of jewellery!

Thank you for the defence. Let him judge me how he likes. I wear foot jewellery for many reasons and not one of them is a swingers calling card. His judgement says more about him then me.

Unfortunately despite it being 2022 and the world becoming more accepting of many things, swinging is not one of them and people are quick to make assumptions and stereotypes of swingers.

Many companies put a clause in their code of conduct which could get people in trouble hence why the need for privacy for many.

Really think nowadays people could fuck whoever they like without judgement but this isn't the case. I say fuck and let others fuck though without judgement
