Some advice, I know when attending the Newport social in the past I've not stayed in Newport but the next time I do come I'm probably going to drive up and stay the night

I know a lot of people say the Silurian is good (I'd a room is available) but what's the parking like?

Alternatively, any tips for the best hotel to pick which will have parking

Thanks for any advice

There is a NCP car park opposite the train station in Newport.

If you use that one, when you come out of the car park entrance the Silurian Hotel is right in front of you.

This hotel also offers discount on your parking if you present your ticket at reception.

Hope this helps

Queens hotel is also decent. The Travel lodge has its own parking as far as I’m aware.

travel lodge has a small car park for about 8 cars, pay on site. Next to that is an NCP which you can park for 24 hours and go to Silurian which is nice. I personally avoid everywhere else unless I’m desperate x

We stayed at the ibis budget. Parking was ok. No idea how far the social is from there. Hotel was reasonably priced and did us ok
