Not a full on cinema but Chams has similar with play rooms if you want a little privacy or you can indulge in public if you like to have an audience.

I don't think Wales or Scotland have porn cinemas - I'm unsure of Northern Ireland but don't think they do.

Much of England has nothing, just West & East Midlands and West Yorkshire.
