Here's a novel idea why don't the people who have stated interest organise said event, there's bound to be someone who can accommodate or cover the cost of a hotel.

The group is up and running. The group admin has been otherwise incapacitated. Theres a gangbang this sunday. Reserve judgement until you see our glowing reports. The current members have all now been given time to confirm attendance. So at this time were not taking anymore male members. Couples and females are more than welcome to join us this Sunday. your right about that I don't think any women or either men I suppose would want to turn up with out knowing who they will be meeting.I don't know where you start really but say you get the guys to send you pics of them then show the woman their pics. she picks who she likes then you have to send a pic of her to guys she picked see who likes her and would be interested in meeting her.the only way this all will work is if the men and women are not fussy but everyone as their likes and dislikes and it would be a waste of peoples time if they turned up and they are not interested.

At this time we are not looking to take on any more guys, to get any number of guys in you need to invite double, not x50. We will however be looking to update members and cut any dead wood pretty soon.
