Thought I'd introduce myself on here, I don't post much in the forums.

I'm interested in going to some of the established events that are advertised on here, any recommendations for a first time event would be most welcome

Cardiff

Hey! I have to say the Cardiff and Bridgend socials are always a brilliant night! Both are in a pub so it’s nice and easy to talk to people - move about and mingle without the music etc being too loud.

I'll jump in on this if I'm allowed, I've been told chams on a Saturday is a good night, haven't plucked the courage up yet to visit but getting closer, just be nice to chat to a few new people and get to know them.

I'm also interested in going to a Social or two. Excuse my ignorance but I've only just come back on here after a break and never been to a social.. Can anyone tell me how these things work? Are there any hard and fast rules? Are the numbers limited? How do we get on the list?
