I’ve posted a few times in the past week, introducing myself as new to the swinging scene. As I’ve said my husband has been swinging for about 15years without me knowing. (Lots of you know him)

I’ve said I want to join him and support his choices (I’m finding it hard to not be jealous) so he has recommended I read a book, swingers - female- confidential to help me understand.

He’s not ready to swing with me yet which I’m gutted about but has suggested I dip my foot in if I want to.

Anyway ….. just wondering whether anyone has any advice? Tips? I’ve started the book, it’s helping me to get my head around things I would enjoy/ be happy to experience.

There are loads of great podcasts out there on swinging and various fetishes etc that are great to learn from and will help get your head around things a bit.

Welcome to the scene.

Browse the forums too. They can be quite helpful. Fantasy section can maybe flutter your imagination on things you'd might like to try too.

Swinging is a broad spectrum and this site is just a small yet big part of it. You'll get out what you out in. There is an excellent social side to the scene too that can become a great learning curve. Also added bonus of making some amazing friends that are like minded.

I hope you enjoy the scene.

It probably does look and sounds confusing. There have been times I’ve known but he’s had a break and then gone back to it. He didn’t think I would approve, when actually I would have as I’m very sexual. We do have sex together just not as much as I would like, it seems I know why know. I want to explore swinging with him now tho rather than on my own initially. Thanks for the taking time to reply xx

Thank you so much. I’ve been exploring the forums, yes they’re really helpful. I’m already finding my feet on things I like and need to learn more about. Look forward to being a part of the scene. Xx

I’m another who is trying to get their head around it to be honest. So you’ve sometimes known he’s been swinging while you’ve been together? Your other posts don’t suggest that at all. Why would he think you wouldn’t approve if you already knew he had dabbled previously?
