Response to the Haka

So the Haka is a challenge...

And apart from 1905 when the Welsh anthem (sung for first time in public) was sung back at them, has anybody ever given a response equal to the Haka..

Yet we here in Wales have for centuries had a response lying under our noses that would be the perfect response used in the right context.

Ok so the english may be credited with their victory over the French at the battle of Crecy...but it was won with the help of Welsh archers..

What did the Welsh archers do going into battle but wave their first and second fingers at the french to show they were ready for battle..for the french would chop these fingers off if they captured Welsh archers..as these were the fingers used to draw the bow string..

So in response to the haka we should take up a pose as if shooting a long bow, imitate drawing the bow, then follow through waving the two fingers indicating we also are ready for battle..
