We finally got round to trying a Park run yesterday.

We had started to jog 3 times per week around country lanes for about 3 miles each time and once my wife managed to jog all the way round a 3 mile course, we signed up and had a go.

Anybody else new to it?

Llyn Llech Owain is a good one, 2 laps of the lake far better than the out and back

My main run is Cardiff parkrun. I have done the cosmeston and also the grangemoor one and also the Barry one..

Maybe a few of us should arrange a bit of park run tourism sometime..
