Best beach to head to?

I've seen talk about Morfa Dryffyn, Monknash and Sker/Kenfig. Which is busiest / best for swinging? and which is the best as a beach? thinking other things like rock pools etc

Idea is to pop down on Monday, weather isn't look to good though, fingers crossed.
