Campanile Hotel Cardiff

I’ve seen this hotel recommended on here a few times because it's apparently much more discreet than normal hotels because of the way it’s set up. What I’m wondering is does anyone know if it does (or did, I guess - who knows what’ll happen post-Covid) day rooms at all? I’m interested in finding some more venue options for the future.

Its a great venue for a meet because the rooms are outside of the admin building,I have had meets there and found the rooms are very basic but that is normally reflected in the price,as for day rates I don't know

That’s why I’m interested in it, normal hotels are fine if there’s only a couple of you, but anything more than that could look a bit suspect trooping past reception!

In normal times a few people, arriving at suitability staggered times, could easily get to a day room at the Village. Straight past reception, up the stairs and away you go...

Hotels may be a lot quieter now though unfortunately.

Yeah, the Village wasn’t bad, plus I think most of the staff knew very well what was going on and didn’t care! It became a bit pricy though when they put the rate up and introduced a parking charge.

Generally hotel staff are to busy to count comings and goings. I one met a couple in the presidential suite of the celtic Manor. I just walked casually passed reception, took the lift and walked straight through to their room. No questions asked!

I think it's a central part of the Village business model.

I’ve had a few couples meets at St David’s in the Bay, just walk straight to the lifts, smile at reception, job done, they don’t know or care. Same drill at TY hotel near Magor services

Large hotels in cities don't seem to care who walks past reception (confidently) in our experience.

Never shine a UV light around a Village day room

Ok I've got to ask. Why do you carry a UV light around with you?

Don't bother with the Towers, they knock the door, ring the room & listen at the door. They certainly put a dampener on one of our daytime parties. But I enjoyed some of the choice looks over breakfast the next day

Trust me sweetie, we knew. We knew every prostitute, every one night stand, every single one. We didn't care, so we didn't ask questions.

Reception staff genuinely couldn't care less as long as you aren't making too much noise or bothering other guests

Arrived at a chain hotel on an industrial estate just as the morning shift was starting. Both staff looked up in surprise at me appearing in the doorway.

Nice big smile & friendly good morning to them as I walked through. They went back to sorting out paperwork as I head to my playmates room.

The only time I've had a problem was at the Copthorne, and that was a mistake by the staff, I think. My lovely partner for the afternoon had had a couple of VERY loud orgasms, and given that we had heard people talking in the corridor I assume we may well have been heard. I was providing cunnilingual services when there was a quick rat-a-tat-tat at the door. I called out 'hold on' - assuming there'd been a complaint - but obviously not loudly enough as, while looking around for a towel, what looked like a female manager entered the room, a couple of guests behind her in the corridor. She was two or three steps into the room before she realised I was standing there, naked, 3/4 hard and too surprised to cover up. I saw her eyes drop to my cock, at which she turned on her heel with a panicked 'sorry' and left.

I was afraid my partner would freak out, but she was a trooper... found it as funny as I did..

So it is possible to book a room for the day then?

With the exception of the Campanile, are there any other hotels that don't require key cards to gain access to the rooms?

We managed to sneak one guy in for a meet last weekend but it meant juggling two cards and a few trips in and out of the hotel. It was a logistical nightmare!

We had a funny time at Premier Inn once, I booked the room & requested 2 key cards explaining my partner would be arriving 1st & I would be along later. What I didn't tell her was He was meeting a woman there & I was too join them once started.

I arrived at reception to request my key & I thought the girl was going to faint, she refused to give me the key suggesting I knock the door instead. I tried to insist because I'd booked the room, there was no budging her, she was clearly embarrassed & stuttering.

I had to go knock the door, which wasn't quite the scenario that was planned. Her face when the 3 of us walked out together was priceless.
