Booked a table for last night with a friend, they had a cancellation on another table for after our time slot was up which the manager said we could have. Drank way too much and I’m still hung over now. Can’t wait to repeat it all again when we get chance

I am so tight and miserable I am wondering why everyone is so willing to pay way over the price for a can of lager in a pub garden? Each to his or her own but £3 a pint ? Much cheaper to buy cans and meet your friends in the park lol

it was just a general observation , however it does raise an excellent question!! Could you taste the difference between a keg pulled pint and a can if both were labelled Carlsberg ?

Well it was a little breezy down the oyster catcher but we had a drink out nevertheless. Bit too chilly for grub

Well the council wouldn’t let them use the sheds they made ridiculous. When the weather gets better hopefully more chances to get out to the pub maybe even sit indoors. Either that or we have people over house. Archie cook bbq, cider slushie machine outside for folks to cool off and a big get together

They'd both be shit if they were Carlsberg

One area this country is dismal at is not chilling glasses. Certain drinks should only be served in a chilled glass. Bottles of lager or pilsner are often better than pints for this reason.

Not really outdoor drinking weather though is it?
