Port Talbot

Greasy food, pastry, too much alcohol used to have it most days. Cut down on processed food like ready meals & it's a lot better.

It did for me, suffered really badly for 20 odd years, got prescribed omeprazole, and 48 hours later, the heartburn just stopped, still take it and still no heartburn.

Ranitidine was withdrawn from UK over a year ago sadly. Apparently it’s being investigated for causing other illnesses. I have an old pack that I keep for severe cases as it’s the only thing that really works for me.

Try to use Himalayan salt instead of table and sea salt one of the MANY positive effects on the human body is that it aids digestion

Oh heck, I still have a couple of packs that I keep just in case. May have to see if there's any available online.

Lucky you. I took it and it just made me extremely sick.

I didn't know that Rosie, used to eat the stuff until I could be arsed to go back to my gp and get Omeprazole back on repeat.

40mg a day is usually enough for me, sometimes 60mg, years of drinking 'Bow has fucked my guts up totally
