Where does the border between Wales and England go?

It's easy for the southerners, straight down the Severn.

A bit more tricky for us up north.

Straight down the Dee?

"I doubt the border will be moved lol "

Aah, but it's not quite so easy when you consider that the border goes down the middle (ish) of the football pitch of Chester.

And it becomes slightly more awkward when you realise on which side of the border is the Airbus factory, the Toyota engine plant and England's best shot at dominating the space race.

I guess there are those considerations. But I guess it depends how amicably it would happen. It will take good negotiation and not the kind of skills demonstrated in the Brexit saga

You'd hope for a Czech Republic - Slovakia separation rather than a Serbia-Bosnia-Croatia scenario!

Anyway, I'm not sure a few streets and businesses straddling the border is a big barrier to independence.

"Who wants independence"

Lots of people. Plenty don't either.

Isn't politics interesting?
