does Anybody work with uPVC windows and know a trick how to open it.

It is stuck on the latch som partly open but the handle won't move and the Allan key trick doesn't work.

I'm afraid not but can advise everyone to keep AWAY from MPN in Cymmer....they are terrible

Paid £8000 for a porch and the rain just poured through and is damp, COVERED with mould despite me trying to treat it

Full of promises, POOR workmanship and lazy bastards!!

You might have tried it already. Take a handle from a good window and try it on the bad 1. Hope i understood the problem right and this helps. I had a stuck 1 and did this but wd40 in the parts you can see may help free it. If its loose and going up and down with no resistance sounds like internal problem. Ps i'm no expert
