I'm over 40 and love running and find it great exercise and a great way to enjoy the outdoors | |||

Trainers encourage heel striking ..barefoot you midstrike negating impact. The human foot has been evolving for two million years and we think its a good idea to encase them in rubber . | |||

" It's running itself, doesn't matter what shots you wear as they do not produce more collagen lol. Here's ONE reason....as you age you produce less collagen so when running your butt and chest/breasts will sag, along with facial lines becoming more prominent. Another ....shape. Simply Google ...weights vs cardio or squats vs cardio and look at the shape difference with a ladies body One more cos I'm late for the gym..... Where you choose to run and on what surface.....I see fools jogging along side roads, real clever suck in those lovely car exhaust fumes When I was younger i ran, but only as i trained for boxing too,we would sprint and run on a sandy beach in Folkestone and also strap knees up | |||
