I don't use commercial gyms, they don't have the correct equipment for me or anyone workout correctly, they cost FAR TOO MUCH and the PT's do not have a clue about exercising correctly and are totally clueless when it concerns nutrition, and I've been in gyms all over the UK, so do know what I'm talking about here

I've been once or twice when I haven't finished work in time to get to crossfit in Caerphilly. Not really my thing as its a chain gym. My normal gym is a family run gym in Blackwood which is my better for me

I use it from time to time, it's a bit small but has what I need there in terms of free weights and squat racks. Best to go late when it's quiet though.
