We've all been affected by the shit that's going down.

How have you reacted? I've started my own electrical business, what have you guys done?

Near Cowbridge

Work all hours to juggle childcare/schooling and maintain a full time job.

I'm feeling it now to be honest and it's taken more out of me than I initially thought.

I'm not complaining though, I'm so much better off than many unfortunate folks.

Not a lot has really changed for me. I've continued to go to work every day. Being sociable if and when I want to is the thing I've missed though

I've worked throughout it all so not much change, yes it has been a little struggle with the children and trying to keep them amused and out of the fridge and cupboards...

I didn't really realise how much of a touchy feely person I was until I couldn't touch people or throw my arms around them....I'm all for the cwtching and cuddles now.... Apart from that not much has changed.... Oh my sex life is down the pan....but I'm sure in time that will change.!!

We carried on working too, so not much changed there.

Def missing the social get togethers tho and the clubs!

No change for me. Worked shifts through it all and looked after my 3 kids on my own with no childcare as the government seemed to think all frontline workers work 9 til 3 by allowing the kids go to school . Can tell they don't live in the real world. Stupid twats

Gone from working indoors as a masseur to working outdoors doing building jobs. So a complete 180 for me. Just signed up for OU to do an accounting degree. Total upheaval.

Not that you asked but you might have better luck doing a qual called the AAT instead of the degree unless you've got a training contract lined up.

Worked through basically on my own,

Have now downsized & made some folks redundant & taken people off the retention scheme as no point continuing as sadly there’s no jobs for them to come back too.

Nice working for myself but have to admit it's not easy finding work. Don't want to go back to working for "the man" lol.

Hopefully we'll all get through this stronger than before
