I was getting excited but the lockdown has made me realise that unless I want to do really heavy weights to build size it is pointless. I can train pretty effectively and be match fit outside of the gym. But it is nice to be in an air conditioned room for cardio lol

I think my motivation has changed. I've lost a lot of interest in strength and size and I'm leading more towards mobility and endurance.

I must be getting old(er)

As for DOMS -

Stretch after each and every set of an exercise.

Try adding 5g of Taurine / 1g of Vit C / 5g L-Glutamine / 5g of BCAAs / Powdered Greens / 5ml of fish oils....and not cod liver oil!... to a protein shake containing 20/25g Protein for ladies and 40/45g for males (in general) also if you are not trying to lose weight add in some simple carbs to replenish the lost Glycogen.

Try to purchase powdered forms of Vitamins and Minerals if possible.
