Could be a good time to keep a diary. Be an interesting read in a few years. Not doing so myself, I'm largely illiterate, but anybody out there keeping a record of their lives in these strange times?

I am. Sometimes just a few sentences but I am writing it every day.

I keep a diary everyday, usually a few lines.

It's interesting how I make mention of "some new virus in China" in mid January, to "the UK is on lockdown and hundreds of people are dying each day" by late March.

I think it's a good idea to keep a diary through this. In years to come it'll be fascinating to read.

Yes, started the other day. Never written before. Lost my job few weeks ago (self employed) bust my ass looking for work but quickly realised my trade was shutting down. Decided to get involved and applied to work at my local hospital. I'm now a night cleaner doing 12hr shifts bleaching on the covid emergency department. Just finished my first 'shift of 2 days and 3 nights. I go in each room after each suspect or confirmed patient move to a ward, or the porters take the body, and bleach top down, clean to dirty, every surface. I started writing after my second night to help the tears and my brain. I recommend it if you are struggling with any situation. Keep your distance, I don't want to see you at work!
