We received a letter today from the council confirming that the first one of our properties is eligible to receive this grant. Interested to see what speed other local councils across the country are doing this ?

Who has received this letter so far ?

Is anyone ahead of this and has actually received a grant payment ?

Grantham

I got the letter last Friday, and applied online over the weekend.

No payment yet but expected to start coming down first week of April onwards.

Just opened mine but wont be claiming as I cant see my liveries not paying and other clients still need to buy feed for their bags, one of my industrial unit tenants is having issues none others have said anything yet but have enough resources to see me through, it should be kept for those who really need it

You might as claim it. Most that I've spoken to, expect SBRR to be gradually decreased from next year onwards.

I'm sure that if that happens, they won't distinguish between those that claimed and those that didn't.
