My Garmin is constantly bleeping telling me to move!!

Since lockdown my step counter is woeful, maybe some jogging on the spot

What are you doing less or more of?

I’m shielding so instead of walking 12 miles a day at work, I’m not leaving the house! Oh and I’m beating my boredom with eating shite! Please can someone come and sew my mouth shut
