At both sides of us.

I know they are not separated parents (no exchange of children) and we know them.

Why the fuck should I bother my arse to stay in and socially distance?

Yes....it will mean you are doing your bit. Would not worry too much what others are doing, that really is their concern...

Because you won't be spreading disease and will be doing your bit.

I was reading today that the legal instrument used to do this has basically put us all under house arrest with limited exceptions.

Hmmm.... that would make you popular !!

To whom would you report them??

Do also bear in mind if the OP took that course of action that he does still have to live next to them after all this is over. I would be very hesitant about taking such action.

Might be expected in some police states, this is Britain.

All these curtain twitchers... what is wrong with people.

There are still some that are allowed visitors or to leave. You don't know their circumstances.

Like the busy body neighbour who reported me for being in and out... I'm volunteering and looking after 2 family members who cant get out but she decided to report it instead wasting police time

I know the neighbours are not vulnerable, living alone or isolating, and one of them works for the NHS!!!

It's just a mockery round here.

Karaoke parties at the weekend, shisha parties on the moors.

I've not reported, but one of my vanilla friends in the boys in blue has recommended I do.

Really would urge you to consider very carefully do you take any action. Things like that can get out of hand and lead to lots of bad feelings and worse. Really is best to mind our business. You as an individual stick to the rules and let others make their own decisions.,,,

How do you know the visitors are not co-workers from the NHS?

How do you know they are having shisha parties on the moors?

Why do you feel you need the approval of strangers on a swingers site to report them?

The ball is in your court as they say.

Just boils my plums the ignorance, disregard and disrespect of some.

Needed to vent somewhere, apologies.

Thank you for your questions,

1. I know the neighbours and I know the visitors are definately not NHS workers, and surely the same rules apply to NHS workers too?

2. From the local press, confirmed as accurate by local police.

3. Never asked for approval was just venting my spleen. I thought that was still allowed?

4. And it will be staying in my court too

Infection rate "R" needs to get down to less than 1. That means each infected person infects less than 1 other, to stop the spread.

And I and all my family are doing our bit, and will continue to do so.

You are correct however there may be certain circumstances to which the OP may be unaware of.

As for the shisha parties I can only assume it was his neighbour's that were hosting these as it was stated in his opening post.

I'm actually increasingly on the side of reporting those flouting the rules. We're sacrificing our freedom for them, they're taking risks that will contribute to harm to us, those we know, and our society.

The longer people disregard the public health need, the longer we're trapped and the greater the economic and psychological toll will be.

I've not reported anyone yet.

Your wildest Dreams

Same with my neighbours. One has visitors that are friends and family members plus the kids keep climbing into my back garden over the fence and also she puts their rubbish in my bins!! Pisses me right off but the mother does not watch the kids..they are only littluns (3-4yrs old) xx

It’s attitude is like this that makes It hard to stop abuse in all types. It’s all our business when it comes to our health and safety just like any safe guarding everyone has the responsibility. If that person has the virus and gave it to a member of your family and that family member died wouldn’t you be mad no one did anything.
