Oh dear, oh dear oh dear. So you've taken a bad secondary source (a shonky American news website) without reading the underlying article and have lept to conclusions. Read the underlying article, especially the bit about efficiency of transmission, factor in the lack of effective treatment, then set aside your conspiracist tendencies.

Prediction: Three months from now. Deaths in the US counted in millions. Trump wringing his hands, saying he was mislead by the experts, that he said all along it would be bad, that New York turned away the trucks full of medical equipment that he personally paid for, that it was the Democrats what done it, that it was caused by the media making people panic, that it's a lie it didn't actually happen, that it was judgement by God on the dirty LGBT lot.

50% of the US population accepting every word he says, and yes, most likely re-electing him.

Did you know he refused covid19 tests from world health organisation because he “wanted to make his own”, and coincidentally got Oscar health to manufacture them ( Oscar health is owned by his son in law )

He's one Doctor. The global evidence suggests that this is much worse than typical winter flu. Higher fatality, greater levels of infection from each person who gets it and even those who survive can be left with serious damage to their health.

If you are going to make conclusions on something important, go to the evidence, not a media report on what 1 person may have meant.
