People lack imagination. There's always so much to do. Life isn't long enough to even touch on things. We are very happy to be off work. | |||

"I've got my weights out and it's killing me. Walking, I'm lucky that I'm more or less on the moors so I bump into no-one while I'm out. Press ups, started at 10 on Sunday and now I'm up to 40!! If the virus doesn't kill me, the keep fit will. I will be the healthiest body in the morgue." 120 clean is my personal best recently. Keep it up and you'll do more than that! | |||

I performed the following: Workout 1: 10 Deadlifts (100 kg) 10 Power Cleans 10 Snatches 9 Deadlifts (90lg) 9 Power Cleans 9 Snatches 8 Deadlifts (100 kg) 8 Power Cleans 8 Snatches ... 1 Deadlift (100 kg) 1 Power Cleans 1 Snatches (Completed all this with no rest between each set. This was times to see how fast you can do it) Workout 2: (15 Rounds) 10 Jumping Lunges 10 Air Squats 10 Burpees (Died on this one due to previous workout, but managed to get all 15 completed) " You must have an awesome home workout set-up to be able to cram all this in! | |||

"Hi, hope all well. What fitness are you all doing at home?" I have 16, 20 and 24kg kettlebells so have been doing HIIT drills and full body workouts in my local park, or I was until the weather worsened. Also doing 100 press ups daily and basic arm curls, goblet squats, core work, planks etc. There's so much you can do from home if you're creative. | |||
