It's a bit of a gripe. All the Gluten free stuff has been bought up in the supermarkets by panic buyers who can't get their usual stuff. Not good news for those of us with a Gluten intolerance.

My nephew is 2 with several severe food allergies, my sister is having terrible trouble buying stuff that is safe for him.

Makes me so angry.

I’ve had the same issue with lacto free stuff. A lot of it is long life so the hoarders stocked up on it when the regular long life ran out. Black tea and coffee for me or the squits!!!

Might be worth looking at Amazon prime or something.

We're in it for the Long haul so it's worth finding a good supply chain

Well I’m hoping that the stockpiling doesn’t continue for the long haul, the supermarkets restrict sales as they said they wouldn’t and it settles down. Living in hope anyway

They stopped prescriptions for gluten free items on the basis they were freely available in the shops nowadays......

I have coeliac and this has been an issue for me too. Very frustrating. Selfish panic buyers are on my shit list, big time.

My middle one has many food allergies. I managed to grab couple extra Asda free from loafs (only ones she can eat) last week for freezer. Didn’t strip shelf as was mindful of others in same situation.

Struggled to get gluten free pasta but found some in a small Tesco. Again just a couple bags to supplement what I had in.

I can’t find non strawberry flavoured paracetamol though

One of the supermarket own brands paracetamol is orange flavour but I can't for the life of me remember which one

Me neither and I’ve been in most but shelves are cleared of it all. Might be Lloyd’s pharmacy now I think about it!
