Anybody elses block list growing?

Everytime I go onto local updates and see people asking to meet atm I add another selfish human to the list

Got to 450 plus...

Average report 1 a month

Local updates is an area I don't normally view.

I've been damn well looking since Friday!

And yes.... my list is growing.

Takes a lot for me to block, there were 4 people on it before this, needless to say the list has doubled

As someone who usually meets at clubs it just filters a bit for me.

When I get approached in a club I usually ask a username, and some have gone as far as to tell me I blocked them lol. Makes my choices easy

We are doing the same - I think they should be thrown off the site. If this is their attitude to the Virus you can imagine where they are on safe sex!

I havn't seen any on our updates, they are all being responsible. It obviously isn't against site rules but Admin are trying to discourage people from doing it, can you report an odd one that you see please? Not all as if there are too many Admin will be swamped

I am not blocking them but I decline to meet.

If people want to be stupid it is there right and this virus will pass.

Lets obey the rules stay safe but not go into panic if we can

Maybe watch the news, no it is not their risk, it is every individual they come near after that too.

The virus may very well pass but lets reduce the deaths in its wake too....

Not just meets , my block list is including those that complain about organised socials and parties being cancelled

I find it strange that some have “safe sex only” on their profiles, but are willing to congregate in confined spaces with others who could possibly be carrying the virus

I just cannot understand the stupidity of people! I just got a message asking if I wanted to meet up for a chat and a drink, so I asked him if he was an idiot and he was like "A virtual online drink"

What I would recommend is not blocking them for now.

Just add a note on the profile to remind you.

Why? Because if you block you will not see who they meet. So you could possibly be contacted by someone who met them and clearly doesn't give a toss about health matters

A lot of them are trolls who get their kicks from angry responses-best not to feed them.

Engaging with them is utterly futile!

The number of new accounts and accounts that have become active after a long time is getting longer by the day! I guess that a lot more people at home are looking for ways to amuse themselves.

The number of unverified, aged accounts is getting silly now too. Should there be a time limit on how long you can have an active account before getting verified?

Just some random musing, not a crusade at all!!

Admin have said they don't see any reports about asking for meets from the people on this thread, it could possibly be a bug but if you have not had a chance to yet can you help the site by reporting please so Admin can take a look.
