Just seen the top fabbed photo includes PPE gloves and a face mask.

How stupid, wasteful and unhelpful when the NHS and its amazing staff are short of such things.

It is , IMHO, as stupid as breaking someones personal 2 metres safe zone!

Given anyone can buy them online I doubt it is taking away resources from a hospital.

I think to some it may be in poor taste but to others its not offensive at all.

Personally, I find people who post pics in PPE are as weird as people who take selfies at funerals... taking pics of whatever you is great!

But not everything is socially acceptable...

Each to their own, I just think that certain things are insensitive at certain times

Humour is a huge coping mechanism, some people seem to cross the line with blissful ignorane...
